Upon revising the new design, we've optimized the space allowed in the engine bay with this lost wax cast product. This lost wax process allowed us to produce a larger diameter and capacity with the larger shape resulting in the added strength and precision of the fitment. All this with a minimal weight gain on this product compared to the previous model.
■WIDE MOUTH & 3 INCH PIPE
The port shape to the turbo has been optimized for maximum flow. The inner parts are all smooth without any steps for improved gas flow. The front pipe side has been enlarged to 3 inches (76.3mm). This will suit those larger front pipes to achieve more power gains.
■HIGH STRENGTH / PRECISION FLANGE
The flange was entirely made with the precision lost wax process. With sufficient thickness to cope with the harsh vibrations and high heat temperature. The front pipe side is molded without compromising the volume and to ensure a smooth exhaust flow.
We have incorprated a dimple in the pipe where the bolt for the flange is located. To allow ease of access to both bolts & nuts to allow a quick, trouble free bolt on installation. The capacity was maximized whilst ensuring the clearances with the transmission housing.
