Description
BC Racing BR Type RS Series are coilovers that come with aluminum top mounts, with a rubber bushing, allowing a smooth and silent ride experience.
Due to its construction, the camber can not be adjusted with these top mounts.
If you want to have a sharper steering feel or more feedback (and noise) please order the regular BR RA top mounts with the uni-bal metal inserts.
Also, if you want camber adjustable top mounts, please make sure to order the BC-Racing Camber plates.
Note: This will only work for cars with MC Pherson Strutt suspension.

The V1 series coilovers use a large 44mm diameter piston in a 50mm diameter damper body to maximise oil capacity. As the damper unit operates the oil contained within heats up. The viscosity of oil changes as its temperature varies which can lead to changes in the damping characteristics of the unit.
This is the kit we recommend for the best balance of performance and comfort, designed by the factory to have the best overall compromise of spring rate, ride height range, top mount design and damping rate to suit the majority of car owners.
It is more than capable of dealing with fast road and track work but also retains a high degree ride civility so the car can still be used for mundane duties and long journeys without the ride becoming tiring.

In order to legally use Bc-Racing camber plates with your car on Swiss and EU Roads, you need this certificate. Please only order this document if you lost yours and need a new one. This document is always included in the Kits we sell, so you don’t need to order this document in addition to a Bc-Racing Coilover kit (it’s free of charge when Ordering Bc-Racing coilovers from us).

These 3-dimensional front topmounts are an excellent upgrade for your BC Racing coilovers, especially if you use your car on the track or for drifting.
Normal topmounts have an option to adjust camber settings, these new 3D mounts can adjust both camber and caster for the best possible setup of your suspension.
Price is for a set of 2 topmounts including new bearings, exactly as pictured. You can do a diorect exchange with your existing topmounts if you have a BC Racing coilover kit. If you have another brand, it might fit as well but we cannot guarantee this.
PS: If you want to order a full BC set and you want these 3D topmounts instead of the normal camber topmounts we can offer them for an extra of only 200CHF. Make sure to mention it in your order when placing the order for your coilovers.
The BC Racing RM Series Coilover System uses a mono-tube inverted damper in the front and rear of vehicles that use McPherson style OEM strut suspension. On vehicles that use front struts only, BC Racing provides an inverted front strut and then provides an upright BR Series damper for the rear. Inverted dampers are useful in decreasing unsprung weight by moving the greatest mass of the strut to the top where it connects to the sprung weight of the chassis, where weight can be more easily shaved. The BC Racing RM Series Coilover System uses a much larger inverted piston shaft that can handle higher lateral loads for longer periods of time without fatigue. These higher lateral loads are only prevalent on McPherson style strut suspension, not on Double A-Arm vehicles.

Description
BC Racing camber plates come standard on all kits whose OEM design allows the use of camber plates, ie., McPherson style OEM suspension. BC Racing camber plates allow a maximum of three degrees camber adjustment. Please bear in mind this three degrees is in addition to the amount of natural camber gained by lowering your vehicle.
Although camber adjustability is gained with camber plates there is a trade-off; noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) is increased due to road noise transmitting through the metal bushings and into the cabin area.
The BC Racing ZR Series Coilovers offer the most adjustability of any BC Racing Coilover System to date. Each ZR Series Coilover System is track tested and developed specifically for racers looking for more damping adjustability than the ER or HR Series can provide. The ZR Series offers 15-clicks of low-speed compression adjustment, 12-clicks of high-speed compression adjustment, and 30-clicks of rebound adjustment. They also offer full height adjustability independent of piston shaft travel and spring compression. On cars with McPherson struts, the ZR Series comes standard with an inverted mono-tube damper. The damper has a steel braided line exiting the top of the damper leading to the external reservoirs that can be remotely mounted on the chassis for easy adjustment. Cars with Double A-Arm suspension come with upright dampers. These dampers have steel braided lines or solid stems that exit the damper at the bottom and lead to the external reservoir that can be mounted under the chassis or on the shock body itself.
*Not all vehicles allow for inverted front and rear dampers. In such cases an upright mono-tube damper will be supplied. The braided line/hard stem for the external reservoir exits the base of the damper when not inverted. Please note that not all vehicles use camber plates in the front and/or rear. In such cases pillowball top mounts are supplied in place of camber plates on HR & ZR Series Coilover Systems.
