      This plot represents transition of friction level during a braking application.

      High initial bite type
      High initial bite type gives drivers reliale braking performance at the initial braking application. Easy to decelerate with small pedal pressure even on the long straight line. Good for cars w/o brake servo.
      Common type
      Most common type in three types. Moderate braking force at the initial braking application. Easy to controll at the end of the braking application. Applicable for any car/circuit.
      Flat type
      For users requiring great controllability. Least initial byte in three types. Flat friction level enables great controllability throughout the braking application. Most stable performance under continuous severe condition (continuous change of speed/temperature).

    About Bedding-in

    Competition-use brake pads need to go through a process to be pre-heated before a race to exhibit its full potential. This process is called bedding-in.

    《 Method of bedding-in 》

    Raise the brake disc temperature to around 500℃ without doing any hard braking; seating the discs and pads. Once the seating is finished, bring the car to a complete stop and let the discs cool by air till the disc temperature is below 100℃.Now there is a film of the brake pad's compound on the disc; the bedding-in process is complete.

    • ※These brake pads are purpose-built for competition-use. The characteristics of the brake pads may differ depending on car, setting, brake settings, race circuit, and driver.

      Hello,
      Petit retour sur ma sortie circuit avec les plaquette Dixcel.
      Alors, en résumé c’est le top ca frein fort tout le temps.
      1ère fois que j’installais et utilisais cette marque.
      Je peux dire que je ne suis pas du tout déçu.
      Freinage fort et très constent.
      Poussière de frein facilement nettoyable à l’eau.
      Niveau usure elle sont encore épaisse après 10 tours du ring,
      je ne les ai pas démonté pour vérifier l’état de surface.
      Bonne usure des disques.
      Très content du produit, je vous conseil vivement ce produit.
      Trouve mieux que du pagid.
