This hood is only road legal in Switzerland when the openings are condemned (closed), for noise regulations! If you want to get the hood tested with the openings, you need to do a noise test at the competent organisations such as DTC / FAKT or at various Swiss homologation centres (Services des Automobiles, MFK Prüfstelle).
