The TM-02 achieves both the lightweight and rigidity required of a racing wheel by using ENKEI's cutting-edge technology, the MAT manufacturing process.

The TM-02, with approximately 80% of its design open, allows air to flow smoothly, contributing to brake cooling, which is essential for sports driving. The TM-02
was developed in collaboration with ENKEI, from design, strength analysis, mold making, and manufacturing.

ENKEI supplies aluminum wheels for a variety of racing scenes, including drifting, time attack, and formula racing, and has a wealth of technology and know-how that has been cultivated over many years.

As a result, the CYBER EVO equipped with the TM-02 won the championship for two consecutive years in 2010 and 2011 at the Time Attack (WTAC), a time attack event held annually in Australia, where tuned cars from all over the world gather.

The aperture and cooling efficiency.

Brake cooling is the most important thing in sports driving. Large aperture improves the cooling efficiency for brakes. TM-02 is a wheel that has a large aperture. The disk is designed 80% open that leads the air smoothly to the brake and improves its cooling.

MAT PROCESS

ENKEI’s MAT PROCESS is developed to increase the inner strength and stiffness of the rim. This process is called flow forming that classifies as rim rolling. Yet，it’s ENKEI’s most leading technology that delivers lightweight and high rigidity.
