This cam is designed for mild turbocharged or supercharged Toyota 1UZ-3UZ VVTi engines, providing improved mid-range power over OEM cams. It maintains excellent drivability and throttle response for street cars, while still being able to fully utilize the VVTi system. The cam is ideal for those using a single 58-64mm turbo or twin 48-54mm turbos or a supercharger such as the HTV1900. It is also great for use with E85 and similar ethanol blend fuels, and does not require clearance of the cylinder head.

• Valve spring upgrade is required, and Kelford Cams recommend their KVS1UZ valve spring for optimal results.
