The Difference Koyorad is a Japanese company established in July of 1956 as Ejiri Radiator in Nagoya, Japan (Aichi Prefecture) as a radiator repair shop. Twelve years later in 1968, Ejiri Radiator established a radiator and oil cooler factory in Nagoya. We then separated our production facilities from our repair facilities and began manufacturing radiators. Two years later in 1970, Ejiri Radiator was renamed to Koyo Radiator Manufacturing and began expanding to branches all over Japan. Koyorad quickly developed into an industry leading Aftermarket Radiator Supplier worldwide. With over 57 years of radiator design and manufacturing experience, founder Mr. Ejiri and son soon gained interest in automotive racing. Officially launched in 1999 in Japan, Koyorad Racing Radiators soon made a presence in Japan’s ever popular racing scene. Koyorad Racing Radiators soon became synonymous with Koyo’s High Quality Aftermarket Radiators. As Koyorad Racing Radiators grew in reputation for quality and performance, so did the company’s desire to expand. In 2004, Koyorad Racing Radiators made it’s US debut. What started as a few racing applications for Japanese vehicles in 2004 has now in 2013 grown to over 80 models for Japanese, US Domestic, and Korean vehicles. |

R SERIES 53mm Core ThicknessBuilt with a robust 53mm core, the R-Core Series is engineered for the serious performance tuner. Increased capacity means better cooling reserve when you need it. Intended for both circuit and daily use, you may double your coolant capacity and see up to 35% increased performance over your stock radiator. Unless noted otherwise, all Koyorad R-Series All Aluminum Radiators are Nocolok brazed, designed as a factory fit, direct bolt in with no engine modifications necessary, and retain mounts for the stock fan shrouds and fans. See notes in individual item descriptions for details.

V SERIES 36mm Core Thickness
Designed for applications where engine configuration/size cause clearances issues for thicker core radiators. In this case, the 36mm V-Core Series will suit your needs. Intended for both circuit and daily use. Unless noted otherwise, all Koyorad V-Series All Aluminum Radiators are Nocolok brazed, designed as a factory fit, direct bolt in with no engine modifications necessary, and retain mounts for the stock fan shrouds and fans. See notes in individual item descriptions for details.

HYPER V SERIES 36mm Core Thickness with Hyper Fin and Tube Pitch
The Hyper V-Core Series is the newest to the Koyorad | Koyo All Aluminum Racing Radiator line up. An engine’s cooling system in many newer vehicles are suffering due to limited space and crowding which affects air circulation. Our new ultra efficient Hyper V core was developed specifically for vehicles which see extreme heat, are limited in space, and where the factory inlet/outlet locations eliminate the option for a proper N-FLO design. The Hyper V Series radiators have a specially designed fin and tube pitch which significantly increases its surface area while still allowing for excellent air circulation through the radiator. The Hyper V-Core series is the perfect solution where space savings and high performance is a must. Unless noted otherwise, all Koyorad Hyper V-Series All Aluminum Radiators are Nocolok brazed, designed as a factory fit, direct bolt in with no engine modifications necessary, and retain mounts for the stock fan shrouds and fans. See notes in individual item descriptions for details.

S SERIES Copper Core
S Series radiators incorporate the same technology as Koyo’s OE aftermarket replacement product line; Moulded plastic tanks but with a copper core in place of aluminum. Due to the excellent heat exchange properties of Copper, Koyorad S Series radiators are a great choice for a light tuned car, when it will not be at speed for extended lengths of time. All Koyorad S Series Radiators are Nocolok brazed, designed as a factory fit, direct bolt in with no engine modifications necessary, and retain mounts for the stock fan shrouds and fans. S Series Copper Radiators are available for Nissan S13 with SR20DET, S14/S15 with SR20DET, and Honda DC2 Integra vehicles. |

N-FLO Technology
When factory equipped radiators have inlet and outlet locations that allow proper placement, Koyorad carefully welds aluminum partitions in the upper and lower tanks of the radiator. This is Koyorad’s N-Flo Technology which allows for a double or triple pass radiator. This design cools more efficiently by allowing the coolant to remain in the radiator for a longer period of time therefore transferring more heat to the surrounding air. N-Flo Technology is available on cars that are known to have limited airflow to the radiator. Unless noted otherwise, all Koyorad N-Flo Aluminum Radiators are Nocolok brazed, designed as a factory fit, direct bolt in with no engine modifications necessary, and retain mounts for the stock fan shrouds and fans. See notes in individual item descriptions for details. |
