    Dixcel are a Japanese brake manufacturer, specialising exclusively in premium quality brake discs and pads, catering for regular street users, right the way up to extreme racing use.

    Used by race teams throughout Japan in the Japanese Super GT and Super Taikyu, as well as the Australian GT and Asian GT race series.

    The standard brake disc with increased corrosion protection!
    • On top of our usual product quality standards (product precision, surface hardness, and material composition [the ratio of materials like carbon and silicon]), we applied the DIXCEL anti-corrosion standard.
    • All of our brake discs come with anti-corrosion coating, something other manufacturers and OEM suppliers were not able to do, at a reasonable price.
    • In terms of precision, we set a strict manufacturing standard which helped us achieve reductions in both noise level and vibrations.
    • Improvements in durability, crack resistance and heat resistance were achieved by using a precise mixture of additives in the disc material.

    • Better quality, and more reasonably priced compared to the OEM replacement.
    • The above chart represents evaluation values of our product in 100 phases in comparison with genuine rotors of the test model. Values of genuine rotors show 50.
    • The values above should be only used as a reference to better understand the performance differences.

    Comparison of anti-corrosion coated disc and a non-coated disc

    Comparing the two pictures below:
    The upper disc is without any coating, and the lower disc has anti-corrosion coating.
    The difference in the amount of corrosion is clear even after just six months of use.

    Not only does corrosion ruin the brake disc's appearance, it can also lead to the corrosion of the alloy wheels.
    (At some car manufacturers, cars with alloy wheels come factory-equipped with brake discs that have anti-corrosion coating.)
    At DIXCEL, all brake discs come with anti-corrosion coating, to protect discs and wheels from corrosion.
    The ideal type of anti-corrosion coating is used for each vehicle.
